• Communications: Messages you send us (e.g., support requests, email interactions).
• Automatically Collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and cookies or similar technologies for analytics, security, and performance.

Data Storage

We use reputable infrastructure and service providers to host and operate the Services, including authentication by Clerk, application hosting and analytics (e.g., Vercel), and a managed database (e.g., PlanetScale/managed MySQL via Prisma). We may also use Firebase (Firestore/Storage) for certain features.

When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Services, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations:

• Authentication: Clerk (user accounts, sessions, and sign-in). Data: email, profile, session identifiers.
• Payments: Stripe and PayPal (payment processing). Data: payment method details handled by the processor; we receive transaction metadata.
• Email: Postmark (transactional emails). Data: email address and message content.
• AI Services: OpenAI (content generation). Data: prompts and content you submit for generation.
• Search/Vector: Pinecone (vector indexing where applicable). Data: embeddings derived from your content.
• Hosting & Analytics: Vercel (hosting, analytics), Google Analytics/Tag Manager, and Google AdSense (ads where enabled). Data: usage analytics, cookies, advertising identifiers.
• Storage/Database: Managed databases (e.g., PlanetScale/managed MySQL via Prisma) and Firebase (Firestore/Storage) for certain features.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Use of Google Sign-In Data

If you sign in with Google, we request the basic OAuth scopes (openid, email, profile) to authenticate you and prefill your account profile. We do not request access to your Gmail or other Google data beyond these scopes. We do not sell or share Google user data for advertising.
